Many Santa Clarita residents know Tippi Hedren (most famous for her role in Alfred HItchcock’s The Birds) owns The Shambala Preserve, an 80-acre wildlife habitat in Acton where Tippi works to care for lions and tigers.

Here is just one of the rooms Wicall’s Carpets and Flooring installed in her beautiful home. She chose a wood pattern vinyl planking which at the time was only offered as a commercial product that ranged in price from $12-$13 per square foot. Now, there are lots of vinyl planking options that look just like wood (and often times more like wood than wood does!) ranging from $6-$8 per square foot, installed.

This was some time ago, the flooring choices are now even more abundant with cool materials that you’ll swear is wood or tile, but softer and easier on your feet.
